Our Story
.
Glow Sky Media Pty Ltd was founded by Biripi multidisciplinary Creator Michael Scarrott in late 2019. The new company is 100% Indigenous owned and Supply Nation registered and employs state-of-the-art, advanced, patented print methods, to produce vivid, super bright, high-contrast coloured glow-in-the-dark prints.
In short
WE CREATE AMAZING GLOW PRINTS!
.

Our GLOW SKY TRIBUTES™ line includes personalised Glow-in-the-dark MOONS, STAR CHARTS + SKY MURALS (star maps in landscape view) and CITY MAPS. The perfect gift or memento for your special day.
Michael's novel Sky Mural design (below) showcases the stars at a select time + place (drawn from constellation software) overlaid an actual horizon line (Country). Michael has recreated the sky over Gloucester NSW (Her traditional Biripi lands), on her birthday, in 1920.
The sky mural design first previewed in 2020 on the creative platform Kickstarter and the company launched online in 2021.
Customers can now access this website and select from 3 template landscapes to create their very own Sky Mural in minutes.
Commissioned Sky Mural works are also available upon request.
The OCEAN SERIES open print collection will premiere in 2021 through September, via a 3D interactive virtual exhibition presentation, aligning with Biodiversity month and threatened species day and showcases stunning imagery of the deep blue.
Gathang language name translations will be shared thanks to Aunty Sue Syron, Uncle Brian Scarrott and cousin's Jay Davis and and Benn Saunders, along with a personal reflection for each creature.
