4.10. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES: We rely on third party professional service providers to produce and deliver our products.
NOTICE: Due the rapidly evolving COVID crisis our production and delivery time frames may be extended due to circumstances outside our control. Accordingly, we therefore cannot guarantee timeframes and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any such delay. We will endeavour to dispatch your order for delivery within 4 WEEKS of order placement.
Australia Post and TNT Freight services are among the primary services used. In providing updates, we may deliver tracking notifications from the service provider to your nominated contact email address.
