Excerpt - section 4.9 reads as follows:
4.9. RETURNS POLICY: Subject to applicable Australian consumer law, including but not limited to the Australian Consumer Law as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the following purchase, return and exchange conditions apply to the provision of our products and services:
4.9.1 You agree to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order and acknowledge you enter into a legally binding contract when purchasing Goods or services.
4.9.2 You acknowledge our products may differ from the conceptual representations featured on the websites.
4.9.3 You acknowledge our products are a novelty print item, are non-archival quality, are produced with promotional commercial grade graphic media and have a limited life cycle subject to variables outside our control (7.1.3). Accordingly, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee our products or services except as extended under applicable Australian consumer law.
4.9.4 You agree the Goods will be stored and used in a proper manner and in accordance with these terms and conditions. Glow Sky Media will not be responsible in any way whatsoever for damages or any claims arising from improper use or breach of the terms and conditions to the maximum extent permitted under law.
4.9.5 You agree to inspect any Goods within ten (10) days of delivery and to notify Glow Sky Media of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the described service quoted or stated by Glow Sky Media.
4.9.6 You agree to afford Glow Sky Media the opportunity to inspect the Goods within ten (10) days or reasonable time after notifying of any alleged fault or damage. Glow Sky Media will assess the claim in a reasonable timeframe. If you shall fail to comply with the notification provisions, the Goods / services shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
4.9.7 Glow Sky Media may facilitate return delivery of any alleged defective or damaged goods to conduct an assessment. Where it is practical to do so, you may facilitate return delivery to Glow Sky Media via a pre-approved means or by mutual agreement.
4.9.8 Where you facilitate return delivery of goods Glow Sky Media will endeavour to provide guidance however you will be responsible for carriage including insuring against any loss or damage of the goods in transit. Glow Sky Media will not be responsible for any loss or damages arising from improper handing or carriage methods.
4.9.9 All goods returned must be packed appropriately for carriage, delivered in the condition in which they were received and with all protective and packaging material, brochures and instruction material in as new condition as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
4.9.10 Where a defect or damage is confirmed by Glow Sky Media the affected item or component thereof may be repaired or replaced where reasonably practicable. Refunds for minor repairable defects or replaceable components will not be offered.
4.9.11 Where a defect has been identified Glow Sky Media may offer compensation by way of a replacement item, in store credit or gift voucher to be applied to a future purchase.
4.9.12 Where Glow Sky Media identifies a major or irreparable defect the customer may be entitled to a full refund.
4.9.13 Where a defect is confirmed by Glow Sky Media the return delivery charges incurred by you will be reimbursed upon request.
4.9.14 In the event Glow Sky Media determines your defect or damages claim to be false or invalid due to a breach of these terms, we reserve all rights and advise you may be directed to reimburse Glow Sky Media for any freight charges and or any other reasonable expenses incurred in processing your claim.
4.9.15 Couriers and freight services are charged at the current commercial rates.
4.9.16 Any order placed by you through a payment facility accessible via the Websites will be subject to the Terms and conditions of these providers.
4.9.17 Once you have placed an order with us, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.
4.9.18 Proof of purchase should be kept in case a dispute arises.
